Ths is our core service, where we maintain and enhance the fabric of the buildings, amenities and services of the developments under our responsibility according to our client requirements and in compliance with leasehold and other statutory provisions.   • Site introduction to the online system including training for Directors
  • Regular Directors meetings are to be held according to the requirements of the applicable Director team
  • Monthly site walkabouts are to be held with a site report to be posted on the Estate website within 48 hrs
  • Annual General Meeting as determined by the terms of the Lessee
  • Website held certification documents for all required service providers (e.g. fire safety, electrical testing)
  • Externally audited accounts yearly
  • Management and administration of contract services
  • Provision of financial management and funds administration
